I would suggest firstly reading as much as you can, there’s tons of books in the bookstore.Research as many vids/ podcasts on YouTube and get familiar with the market& real estate terms. The more you know the further you’ll go! but your best bet is to fully educate yourself. There so many avenues & routes that are available. Also look into “house hacking” as a way to save some money for your next DP on your next property
