Well im a worker and have learned alot of skills along the way of life. I really can do anything that needs to be done to a house or know some people to help for cheaper and quilty work to fix up houses. I can look at the house and know its value . I can see the vision of it after i fix it up and know the profit that it would be worth after the make over. I own a lawn service and ive done plumbing roofs paint sideing framing worked construction really everything. Pricing by the first look is where that person sees the vision of the job and the profit with no mistakes and no loses . Ive went to a 2 year vo tech. Im building my credit the same as you looking to help someone make some money . 

im looking for a partner a friend / family a loyal property invester that will give me the trust to help me help them . I know all the basics of fixing homes . I know people in the area . We can make some big money . I own a lawn service and watch the prices in the area sell for cheap then with a low amount fix up sell for a high price everyday in slidell area .
