Thanks everyone, this is all great advice. To answer a few questions, I'm not sure how/where to invest. A friend of mine flips houses and does the work himself and thats how he makes a living, but my lack of handy man skills would prevent me from going that route. Right now I'm just trying to read up and gather information before going in any specific direction. It is great to know that there are kind people such as yourselves that are willing to point me in the right direction!
