Hey William! So far I've looked at houses on the Marion surplus that could potentially be a first move. I will also be listing a house that is in between the hillside and herron morton neighborhoods close to college avenue, in which I have seen a lot of flips going on! Do you flip? In what areas?

Hi everyone!

I recently got my real estate license here in Indiana and I am very interested in learning as much as a I can on real estate investing. I want to learn about different strategies and/or ways to develop into a great investor one day. So if anyone has any advice for someone that is new to the industry on getting started it would be greatly appreciated!

Best,

José Leonardo Santos
