Hi there  how are you say damn you to the bigger packets blog . real estate has been alway be dream investiment but  I keep putting in hold  but lately I've been reading a lot  listen to YouTube   now iam ready initially I want to invest in my area  I live down in Hanover PA sence i live here. but after reading looks like philly's is really good  investment area .  can anybody give me a feedback ?
