@Marc Jolicoeur @Brent Coombs I'm sorry if this is listed above, but I want to make sure I'm clear on it. Do banks typically require a rental history before the cash out refinance? I feel like I had read 6 months of rental history was typically required. Thank you.

@Theresa Nicoletto thank you for the heads up on this. I hate that I missed tonight. Do you all go to the OKC REIA meetings?

Thank you @Paul Timmins. I have located them and plan to start attending.

I appreciate the welcome and encouragement. I should have plenty of questions to throw out here soon. I'm also happy to help if any of you need it in this area.

Hey BP! I'm a newbie from the Oklahoma City area and I'm itching to do my first flip deal. I've spent the past 4-6 months soaking up all of the knowledge I can, but I'm ready to start taking action. I have some contractors, private lenders, and wholesalers in the pipeline, but I want to continue to build my network. I'm open to soak up anything that any local investors are willing to share with me. I would also be curious to hear what some others in our area feel they need and help provide solutions when I can.

Thank you!
