Hi all,

First post on BP. We are about to close on our first rental property in Rock Hill, SC. 2 bed, 2 bath condo. Decent location. We are leaning toward making it an Airbnb rather than long term rental. We live 15 minutes away and have flexibility to deal with turning over more frequently. Anyone have experience with Airbnb’s in Rock Hill or greater Charlotte area? Any tips or things to considered we may be missing?  Any thing you wish you would have known before jumping in to Airbnb?
