@Will Clark It’s not bad at all. Each side would be renting out at 650/month. After some cosmetic repairs and upgrades of the appliances I’d probably go to 700.

@David Bermudez I ran the numbers and it’s going to cash flow positive in the condition it’s in now. After some cosmetic remodeling and updating some other stuff throughout the property I can start renting out for a little more.

@Jake Diamond No I’m not planning on living there, it’s just going to be a rental for the time being. Yeah I’m going to get a lawyer definitely.

@Elizabeth Miller No, there’s no fee or penalty for paying off early.

@Aaron K. What do you mean penalty for refinancing or paying off early? Yeah 12% is pretty high for my area.
