Hi, I'm looking at a deal in Lincoln, NE in the Clinton subdivision. Just trying to get insider knowledge on the Lincoln market and the Clinton subdivision. How hard is it to release if a tenant were to vacate? Any portfolio lenders you like/use? What type of tenants live in the Clinton subdivision (students, graduates, ect.)? What's typical rent amount per bedroom if you were to lease to students? Thank you!
