Post: No Meeting Brokerage?

Hello all, this is a bit of an odd question.

I am a licensed Real Estate Salesperson at a brokerage, and I am tired of all the meetings, trainings, and events. I want a brokerage company that will literally leave me alone to my own devices.

I don't want training, I don't want a weekly meeting, I want to be left alone to do my business. These meetings are driving me crazy, sure they are great, and educational, however, after a while they start to just get in the way.

The whole point of me becoming an agent was to not work for other people.

This might sound odd, but I am looking for a no support brokerage. . .

Does anyone have any recommendations for me in the NYC area?

Thanks

Hey all, first timer here, working to secure a home under contract, in order to initiate a sale through transactional funding, or a double closing.

What I'm trying to figure out is how to actually find a second buyer? How am I supposed to sell a home I have under contract if I can't exactly walk the next buyer through the home? How do you actually find, and sell a home you have under contract to someone else?

Do real estate investors go and hire real estate agents to sell a house they don't fully own yet? I feel there's a huge piece of this puzzle missing, from an new investor standpoint.
