the reason why we would like to subdivide is to fix and flip the bigger house sell it, pay the majority of the loan back and keep the smaller house, cash flow from that house because the tenants are awesome and they've been there for a long time and use the equity we acquired from paying down loan with the small house and use it to buy another property. Also I feel like the houses would be worth more separated into two parcels then just on one. but thankyou will see if they will agree to subbing it for us

Hello my Name is Joshua Swift I'm just starting out. I have my first home me and my business partner have found a off market deal two houses on one deed when we pay for the property we would like to subdivide the two house does anyone know how that would effect the loan with most banks. also will a bank help you out with a less percentage of a down payment if the property appraises for more then your buying it for.

Thank you! I have some roommates I’m renting the rooms out to get a cash flow. Then find a deal for another rental.
