We are closing on a property later this week that will have a few pieces of furniture (two beds, a few chairs, two sofas, side tables, etc) left behind because the seller is going overseas.  We are looking to maximize the rental potential of the property and we are considering buying additional furniture to make it fully furnished.  Is this worth it or do we move all the furniture out of the rental?

All - thank you!

We are closing on a property that we have a contract on in a week.  The property is ready to rent and we want to get a renter vetted as soon as possible.  Even though we don't have the title yet (cash deal) can we post the property for rent now on zillow, hotpads, craigslist etc?  Or do we have to wait until close?  Property is in Texas.
