Post: Appliance Warehouse Deals

Hi BP Community,

Local area ATL investor here and I'm currently in the market for major appliances; refrigerators, dishwashers etc., but also not looking to buy off the shelf from the local big box stores. My thought is to avoid their markup prices and go for possible warehouse deals.

I'm not looking for old worn out appliances, but I am looking for those that might have a ding or two, maybe scratches that can't be sold at full price. I'd also take those appliances that are lightly used.

I am replacing multiple appliances in several units at this one time, so any help is appreciated!

Thanks

Post: Flipping in the Atlanta Area

Hi BP Community,

I'm primarily a buy and hold investor with 43 units owned and managed currently. I am looking to try my hand at flipping in the Atlanta area since I am a South Atlanta resident. I've been researching and learning as much as I can on the topic and potentials areas to invest. I'm curious to know what others think on possible areas of entry for the flipping strategy.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks @Bradford Hilt. I'm currently managing the properties full time and I have the software capable of tracking the aspects you're discussing.

Hi BP Community,

Wondering what some of you all have found for reliable maintenance on multifamily complexes. Have you made the decision to hire someone either full time/part time as onsite maintenance or relied on bidding out specific jobs with local area handymen and/or contractors.

As I continue to grow, I assume the best route would be to hire someone as a FT or PT maintenance worker for a property and pay them an hourly rate. Looking forward to your answer.

Thanks

Hi BP Community,

I currently have several properties in the Macon/Warner Robins GA area. I am in need of a reliable and timely service provider for tenant turnover repair. Services to include general cleanup of the entire living space, trash removal, painting, and minor repair. Any leads provided would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I agree with @Winn Merwin. I lived in the CSRA area as well and there are good areas to invest if you know what to look for. The military has recently announced that they will be focusing their cyber security efforts at Fort Gordon. New schools are being built, new roads, new housing, etc. all in preparation for the coming influx. I've been watching the area for opportunities myself.

Good luck!

Post: Looking for Atlanta (Metro ATL) Contractor

Hi all,

I am an investor new to the Metro Atlanta area. I am in the process of putting together my team to get started while living in Jonesboro. I'm equipped with financing and a reliable real estate agent to keep me moving with deals. Another piece to my puzzle is good contractors.

I'll be looking to renovate buy and holds and possibly some flips. Looking forward to hearing back on this post and following up on leads.

Thanks,

Joshua
