@John Hovanec Thanks so much for the response. I have listened to the podcasts quite a bit and I know I want to buy and hold since that is my style of investing. I would love to talk more about the area as I know nothing about it.

Hey I am fairly new to this website. I am active duty Air Force in Tech School and just found out last week that my first duty station would be Shaw South Carolina. I wanted to know if anyone has invested int hat general area or in South Carolina in general. I would like to know what the market is generally like over there, what to look for, and some tips or things that I should know before I invest. Anything would be much appreciated.

Hey I wanted to know if anyone has invested in storage units? If so what can you tell me about it. I think this would be a great small step to build passive income. I would love to hear your story

I know this isn’t about real estate but it’s close to real estate. Does anyone happen to own land? I would like to pick their brain about the idea of owning it and what the pros and cons of having and owning it would be.

Hey I want to know how many people have invested in real estate in North Carolina. And I wanted to pick their brains and ask a few questions.
