@Bridgette Delva

Thanks so much for the reply!! Very helpful information. So I’ve been flipping for about 4 months now and it got delayed because of COVID for a while so unfortunately it won’t be included in my taxes this year but it will next year. As for the hard money lender I have one already just my borrow limit isn’t so high. I guess my best choice would be to increase my cash to provide a healthier down payment.

I make my income flipping liquidation pallets and make more than I did when working a 9-5. However, that isn’t how a lender would view it at all. To a bank I have no income. Anybody have any advice on how to get approved? I would love to get my first rental property this year!

This land has already been levels, utilities have been installed, as well as plumbing. The lot currently has a mobile home on it but it would be removed once the land is bought.

Looking for more information on buying land, installing mobile homes onto them, and renting them out. What cost are included? What can I do to ensure everything goes well?

I wish!! Hahaha I’m a full time student working a full time job saving day by day. I’m trying to save enough to put 10% down on a loan on some cheap land and install some mobile homes. I know mortgage cost but none when it comes to installing utilities, plumbing etc.

I'm 19 years old and I'm wanting to have 20 properties by the time I am 25. I have an idea on what I want to begin with but I would still love to hear some suggestions on what my first investment should be. I would like my first investment to go as smoothly as possible.

I'm looking into buying a vacant lot and installing 2 mobile homes on the lot. I've done some math on mortgage cost and total mobile home cost but I need help on the cost of installing plumbing, water, and utilities.
