Look to learn, and hopefully implement converting my duplex into an assisted living center. Any advice or direction on how to go about this in Wisconsin would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone, my current tenant would like to rent one of my available garage spots at my duplex. The duplex is in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I’m not sure how much to charge them on a month-to-month basis. Looking for the best way to find out the answer to this question or if anyone is local here and can give me their prices. 

Help for my sister: She has a 5 bedroom home with two bedrooms and a full bath in the basement that is fully furnished. She would like to rent out one of the basement rooms but does not know where to start. Does anyone know the best places for info on how to do this safely/effectively?

Im about to have a fence installed. The company is just a father and son. There is no workers comp insurance for the son. Is there a release of liability form I can have them sign?
