So keeping with the contractor payment theme, is there a specific contract used for the agreement? Or is this something that's prepared depending on the terms?

Hello fellow Big Pocketers. I’m going to start brand is 90 day challenge in Tampa Florida. Anyone here with any tips or advice as to what strategy or route to take to get this first deal going. I’m debating whether to go with the flip or a rental. Thanks in advance...
