Thanks so much Pari and Bernard for the free Vimeo and websites. I'm still searching for a local group but I do appreciate the replies.  Josh

Hello BP Community,

I'm getting started in notes and wanted to get more experience by working for a company that deals with notes. I'm not sure if there are companies that just do that, but I haven't been able to find anything with an internet search. I don't have the funds right now to purchase a note, but thought working for a company would speed up the learning curve versus doing it on your own.  Any suggestions or companies you know that deal with notes in San Diego? Does anyone need some assistance with notes?   Thank you, Josh

Also, would having a real estate license help save money on buying notes?  Any suggestions or companies you know that deal with notes in San Diego?  Thanks for the help, Josh

Morning Nathan, Yes Im looking at temporarily moving to KC. I've never lived there before and might stay for a while. Im interested mostly in multifamily, but will also look into single family. I'll listen to your podcasts this week. Thank you!

Hello BP,

I'm looking for podcasts involving the Kansas City, Mo market.  I'm searching for   multifamily, but I'm considering a single family too.  Can anyone help narrow down these podcasts?  One person gave the dates  of a couple podcasts, but the dates given didn't exist. Could you list the Podcast number instead. Thank you all for the help.
