Really enjoyed this. I'm working on crafting my wholesaling approach. Definitely opened my eyes to constantly be reaching out to people to make good relationships. Never know where it might lead.

Ken P. Nancy Neville Thank you both so much. This is exactly what I was looking for. I want to run this as a business and not a lose hobby. This information is priceless and I truly appreciate it. Thank you both again.

Hey everyone. I have the opportunity to potentially buy a property on land contract in the future. I'm curious if anyone has any tips or thoughts about being organized with paperwork and treating rental properties as a business. Would just like to pick the brain of any landlords out there. Thank you! -Josh

Hi everyone, I am a new investor in the Lansing,Michigan area. I've been on BP for a little while now and I feel like I'd really benefit from learning in the field. I'm curious if there is anyone in my area who would be willing to let me shadow, learn from them or possibly in the future help contribute for a deal, even if it's only in a small way. I'm willing to help out in any way I can on weekends or during the week. I'm also willing to travel around the greater Lansing area also. Thank you for reading, Josh

I listened to the BP podcast #153 with Linda McKissack. She shared a story about her son in law getting sick and the fact that they were able to move 6 hours away to be with their daughter during that rough time. They could because their passive income allowed them to. She said something along the lines of sometimes things you decided to do 20 years ago can affect how you live your life right now and what you are able to do now without even know it. That just opened my eyes to trying to be prepared as best you can because you don't know what this crazy life can throw at you.

Matt Kimple If that's the case shouldn't taxes and insurance be calculated into rent cost?
