@Brad Knight feel free to reach out. More times than not though a house hack multi unit is more affordable because of the fact that you get use the rental income to help qualify. Thank you @John Warren

Thank you @John Warren. @Richard Young , feel free to message me to discuss this in depth. Primarily the physician loans were meant for reduced student loan payment calculations. However ever since the change that allows lenders to use income based payments a physician loan is less prevalent now. Also most physician loans are designed for single family homes as it is really primary residence loan. Most people with multi-units tend to live in them for a year or two and then move on to another house hack.
