Post: Services useful for landlords?

So I've poked around real estate investing, and I understand there are support services that might be useful for the real estate industry such as clean up services when old tenants move out. This is probably where I'm going to get my start. The average job around here pays 25-50k a year which is not going to be enough to bolster capital, and fix and flips get bought up fast.

However there is a large construction, and real estate presence around here. Do you have any advice on how I can get in contact with landlords about offering clean up services, or things that might be overlooked that would add value. Such as focusing on efficiency and getting units cleaned up as to decrease turn around time for vacancies. All advice, and insights are appreciated.

I never imagined that house hacking would be the first line people would go to, I've always been under the assumption that it might be something like wholesaling, or the fix & flip with short term lending.

I noticed theres absolutely no way to save threads for later. I'm stuck with teh same idea, but what bryce said. I had a guy take me under his wing, but I was never able to get off the ground. He'd mentioned that wholesaling in itself was a nightmare, but thats how he got his start aside from things in the IT Industry, he worked as a freelance web designer too. Right now I'm trying it out for myself, luckily I know enough about digital marketing I think generating leads could be worthwhile to help. Personally if you don't have any capital to find leads, I recommend trying to take to social media like facebook, and poke around groups. "Where you see problems, see opportunity" was the advice he gave me.
