@Robert Filice it's in The San Fernando Valley area. Asking 2.5 mil. Comps are in that range.

Question. I got a property someone flipped, their asking me to find a buyer. How would I go about finding a buyer for a house that's already been flipped and profit when they want 10% and I'm not a licensed realtor?
