I recently saw a post about a surf resort in Nicaragua that is for sale. Has anyone bought an all-inclusive resort? Has anyone bought a property in Nicaragua?

Curious how your experience has been renting out by room? What should I look out for? Is it better to charge rent plus utilities or one fixed rate?

Hello everyone! My name is Josh Hutton and I am new to real estate investing. I have been listening to bigger pockets for about 8 months and within that time I have been saving for my first down payment and building my credit. My goal is to buy a single family house near udel and rent the rooms out to some of my friends. I am not extremely familiar with the Newark area and I would love to talk to active investors.
