I’m looking for an awesome short-term rental out in West Tennessee in the mountains. I’m wanting to have a small wedding on the premises. I want to be able to sleep at least 15. Ideally have it in VRBO.

Thank you in advance

Post: Stairs in a househack STR. Stay or Go?

We just closed on a property that has a walkout basement, which we plan to use as a STR. We are househacking, so we will be living on the main floor. My original plan was to build a wall in front of the stairs in the basement and have a door blocking them off, but I have recently been thinking about removing the stairs completely, and framing in the floor. This would give me more space both up stairs and downstairs, but may make the house a harder sell in the future. Has anyone had a situation like this before? If so, how'd you go about it?
Thanks Everyone!

I am 22, and I'm doing a STR househack with my first property. I thought that would be best in my area. Do your research! Best of luck!

I’m looking to start saving up some money to start my real estate journey, and I was wondering if anyone had any tips, or things that they wished they would have known at my age/just starting. Thank you!
