Hi, I am a 17 year old from Connecticut, and I am just getting into the world of real estate. My end goal is to have great passive income through numerous properties. I just want to know what do you think I should be focusing on right know? Saving up money to purchase a SFH, wholesaling to gain income, or something else. Also what books do you recommend I buy and read. So far I've bought and read "Rich dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and "The Book On Rental Property Investing" By Brandon Turner. Any advice appreciated Thank You.
