Leveraging in real estate:

I own a 250k airbnb free and clear. If it works which I think it will I’d like to have more of them. What is your story of how you built wealth? I’d like to leverage this property and I’m interested to know how more experienced investors have done so. Tell me your story!

I think I am getting totally ripped off by "Tailor Brands". I am paying $39 a month to have them as a registered agent. And they also push to for extra fees for a "virtual mailbox" which seems dumb as well.

Is there a way to switch your registered agent so I dont have to pay $39 a month and still maintain a physical address ?

Long and short. I live in Florida. I am buying an STR in Tennessee. My CPA strongly suggested that I set up my LLC in the Tennessee for tax purposes. It has proven to be more difficult to set up than expected mainly because of having to use a third party company for a physical business address

1. Is it necessary to setup your LLC in state you are actually operating in. Its much easier for me to setup future properties using my home state of Florida

2. How in the heck do I get my mail for the Tennessee sent to me? I think I need to set up a PO box??
