Thanks! I will keep her in mind. Also let me know when you're ready to expand to Raleigh, I will ne sure to have some inventory!

Hello all,

I'm not a new member but I have not been very active in REI. But now I am ready to connect and network with other investors. I plan to start out wholesailing, then transition to buying rentals and flipping. I will be starting out in the Raleigh/Durham area, as well as Moore, and Lee counties. Feel free to contact me, I'm willing to learn and provide value to other investors in any way I can

Have a plan, it's not going to be full proof but it proves to them that your thinking and trying. I would recommend you have a 1 year,5 year and 10 year plan. What type of properties your going to focus on, etc. Trust me, they'll open up to you and will hold your hand without you asking.

Oh yea, don't forgot to pay for their lunch....best investment you'll make!

Thanks for the advice! I will definitely do that

I plan on doing straight rehab

So I have spoken with an investor and he's willing to provide the funding for my first few flips and walk me through the process. I want to flip in the RDU area or possibly even Sanford. Is there a way to find out which areas are hot sellers' markets? Or should I just reach to real estate agents the my desired areas?

Hello everyone,

I'm brand spanking new to the idea of real estate investing and I'm looking to start off with wholesaling with the goal of being a rehabber. I'm from North Carolina not too far from Raleigh. Looking to network and learn from the veterans!!
