Thanks for the response. So my concern on a conventional loan was the 20% down. Looking for creative ways to come up with the funding? Also any other loans for 1-4 bedroom single family homes? Just trying to get into our first door.

We recently spoke with a banker who explained how to get a conventional loan to purchase a rental. We are wondering what other way can we get into our first door? All advice is good advice!
