well , i have 2 close friend who are realtors . One gave up being realtor when he lost his houses 2 years ago during the crash of the market and the other one is closing on only few small deals and can barely survive .

I hope i won t have to go back to france but college education cost a lot of money so i don t know how long i ll be able to afford it .

Hello everyone !
My name is Yann , I am 22 and currently attending college in USA in order to get my bachelor degree .

I recently heard about wholesaling , flipping and rehabbing from a close friend . Following this , i decided that i should look up some informations about how to get started in the real estate business when the economy is bad while considering the fact that i absolutely know nothing about this subject .

I am living in Bradenton , Florida and over here the housing market is pretty bad .

BTW i am French and English is my second language so please do not pay too much attention to the word 's misspelling and others mistakes that i have made in this message .

I am dedicated to learn as much as i can , and i am currently looking for a mentor and advices .

I just join my local real estate club and my first meeting with the others members will be next week . No need to say that i am really excited about it .
