I think you could make a solution work with SharePoint. I did something similar for my real estate company. My day job is a software developer so if you have any questions about where to get started let me know.

@Darren Eady Thanks for the info!  It doesn't seem like either of those options are available in North Dakota.  Is your company able to operate in North Dakota?

I currently have both sides of a twin home rented.  One side rents for 1,100 and is rented through July 2017.  The other side is rented for 825 and is rented through October.  I am looking to free up cash to be ready for when another deal presents itself.  I am looking to find a private money lender for 30,000 for an 8% return.
