Hey Chris! With EPIC, American Family, and several other corporate headquarters Dane county grows on average 8k people every year. So, I would call that awesome! I am going to get started into this market right away! Been studying for too long and I have to just jump into the water!!

Good luck, maybe our paths will meet up in the future!!

My wife and I are starting our own investment business. I am now probably 60 or 70 BP podcasts down, all of Max Maxwell's podcasts, and several others here and there. I've been walking for dollars around my own neighborhood. My wife has been driving for dollars and we are ready to start doing some actual work!!

We have been battling over our LLC name and what we are going to call our company. We started a snow removal business during the last winter and was pretty successful. Once the snow ended we went down to Chicago and got into a class to learn how to build and sell ponds and water features. We then formed Graceful LLC. I've done quite a few landscape jobs thus far and have yet to sell an actual pond besides my own. However, its a tough thing to start out and once it gets going though there is no end in sight!

I currently work full time at Ashley Furniture selling furniture and managing people. I have been through every Grant Cardone training that he made in his Cardone University. I have a passion for growing myself mentally, spiritually, and physically. I can thank Cardone and Tony Robbins for that. I met Cardone in person but have yet to meet Tony. I've been in sales my entire life and I am currently in the top 5% in the entire country with furniture sales when it comes to gross dollars and attachments in the measuring categories.

While I'm extremely good at what I do, I absolutely hate working every single weekend and most nights. So, that all brings me to this. Every single successful person I have ever read about or studied with very small exceptions owns property. Also, I forgot to mention that I have 6 children. The first 5 were girls before we finally got the boy!! I am just missing out on so much of their lives that it makes me sick. I don't want their father figure to be the guy that wakes them up in the morning, takes them to school, then puts them to bed most nights and that's the majority that they see me. Besides the Tuesday and Wednesday that I'm off work. Which, don't get me wrong, I make the most of it however, I don't have the time that I need to teach them, help them grow and be there for their every event.

What I do have is motivation. At least 6 of them! As the Proctor and Gallagher institute tells me, "I am a millionaire and have a wildly successful real estate brokerage with many investment properties and have many successful employees all making an impact on our community!" Well, that is at least what I will be saying within the next 10 years.

The fact of the matter is that I don't have a ton of money to start this whole thing. Every time I have saved some money, something comes up. The wife needs something, a kid needs something, a vehicle breaks down, yada yada. However, with my success in creating the snow business as well as earning a little bit in the pond business I have successfully paid off all of my debt and only have hospital collections on my credit report as of now. While my credit score is not the greatest its slowly growing by the week!! Very excited about how it will look after I get a few flips or wholesales under my belt and pay off the rest of my debt.

So, here goes nothing! Forming LLC, creating website, Facebook, twitter accounts for my business this week. I'll order some bandit signs and create a facebook ad that I'll run. I'm going to start looking up the properties that I've found that are vacant. I have a pretty good idea on values for my market as far as what houses are selling for. I have an extremely good opportunity in the Madison market that is just north of me. Over 8k people move to Madison every year. The local economy is very good and even if there is a crash this area barely flinched during 2008, I would anticipate there would still be growth and plenty of opportunity!!

Any help, encouragement, criticism, or just a friendly conversation would be welcomed! I look forward to creating something awesome here. I thank you all in advance for the future that I'm going to have!!!
