Ben, congratulations on the four family!

We are very glad that everyone is interested in meeting up with other BP members. I know Arthur and myself are very excited to get to network with other individuals who share the same passion for real estate investing as we do. We thought that a happy hour would be the best way to go about this and figured the second week in January would be the best time. Our hopes are that this is beneficial to everyone and we will continue to meet monthly or every other month with more people attending each time. The first meet up will be Wednesday January 11th from 5:00-7:00 at Urban Chestnut Brewing Company (in the grove). As you walk into Urban Chestnut, there is a room to your left with a pool table. We will try and claim that territory for us all to meet in. In the case that does not work, PM me for my phone number, shoot me a text when you arrive and I will give you some kind of coordinates as to where we are in the brewery. We look forward to meeting everyone!

hey everyone,

  I too am an investor in the st Louis area and would love to connect with more of you. I recently posted in bigger pockets about getting  group together to meet one another and talk all things real estate. So far there are four of us interested but I would love to get as Many as possible. Our thoughts are to meet in a relaxed environment to network and share ideas on investing. Hey Everyone, 

Myself and Arthur Krichevsky are local St. Louis investors. We are looking to share and gain knowledge with other local investors. We have been following the BiggerPockets forums and podcasts for the last year. We were disappointed to find that there are no local Meet ups or gatherings in the St. Louis area for investors that are not full of sales/pitches. So we thought we would start one.

We are interested in gathering BiggerPockets members in St. Louis together so that we can have a pitchless live in person forum BP style - Just open discussion, sharing, and learning.
