Thanks for the replies @Colin Smith and @Ryan Dossey I apologize for the confusion. I would consider myself the buyer in the scenario above. As I am looking through listings, is it an automatic red flag if the property has been sitting on the market (especially this market) for longer than a day, 30, etc.? Particularly looking through the lens of buy and hold.

How long is too long for a potential buy and hold purchase to sit on the market? Does it mean the investing community rejected the listed price after 30, 60 or 90 days?
