Getting ready to refi out cash. Paid $135k recently to get quick sale.

I’m seeing mostly being able to get out 75% with slightly lower than 4.5 on 30 yr.

Any better scenarios like 85% cash out?

Home is in south Louisiana. Please advise.

Who do you use for financing your properties?

might be looking shortly for financing on 20 duplexes in TX.

thoughts about most efficient, cost effective structure??

Out of state flip. I will do the money/financing. Family member is managing subs and rehab. How much of net proceeds from flip should I share with them? 15% for compensation?

Newer to real estate investing. May have an option to buy numerous, sub divided single family home lots within established town.

Will have chance to almost pre buy before they really hit the market. Thinking of buying 5-8 lots. Probably will be $55k each.

Thoughts on best way to purchase. Financing through local bank or credit union? National lender? Other options?
