Covington offers great cash flow but I'm not sure "little to no remolding" is accurate in most cases.  You're certainly purchasing for the cash flow and not appreciation in most areas of Covington.

Apparently, qualified intermediaries are hard to find.  Any suggestions?  I'm in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area (although that probably doesn't matter).

Searching for buy and hold, multi or single.  Would love to connect with a wholesaler, investor, ect that will keep me in their back pocket for investment opportunities moving forward.  Prefer NKY but not married to staying south of the river.

Searching for some buy and hold properties in the Northern Kentucky area. If anyone has any properties that I'm not seeing on the MLS please let me know. Would prefer multi family but am certainly interested in single family as well. Also, would entertain packaging a couple properties together if anyone has multiple properties for sale.
