Im 19 years old and I have one investment property under my belt and I’m looking for someone in the Mishawaka Indiana area that can help me with OPM and how it actually works and the steps to take to pay the lender off plus interest. Anyone have any advice to help me out?

I’m 19 years old and I’m really into Real Estate and I just bought my first house and I got a tenant in there. What’s the fastest way to get another house so I can get another tenant in there so I can get to financial freedom without using a private investor or hard money lender?
