Hey everyone, I'm just kicking around the idea of possibly investing in mobile homes and was wondering if anyone else has done this sort of thing and the pro's and con's that are involved? Just curious.

Hey everyone, I am a brand new investor getting ready to purchase my first Investment property.  I have been looking at some properties with basement suites and I am just curious on how you would divide the utilities between the main floor renters and the basement suite renters? (Not separate entrances & the tenants usually share laundry) What would you recommend?  I haven't been able to find a whole lot of info online on this subject so I figured I try here.
