thank you guys for the support, i am looking for guidance as to how i can get into the wholeselling space. Is it still a good say to get into the business i have work in sales ( specifically the car business and have been successful but am looking to get into real estate) 

Whole selling seems a good way to use what i am good at, work hard and add value to someone that may be able to teach me or show me a roadmap 

To be honest i used ai assistance as my grammar is not the best. If this is frowned upon ill refrain from doing so.
