I am a currency and commodities trader. I have always relied on visual data in the form of time series charts to make decisions about markets. I am interested in charting local real estate market fluctuations and understanding them from the perspective of technical analysis. I'm just wondering if anyone has done this and what metrics they use or specialized software.
