Does anyone have any recommendations for a good private/hard money lenders in the Knoxville, TN area? Thank you!

I'm trying to find a database that is relatively cheap and/or free. Eventually once we really start pulling in deals we will invest in a better one with more features. But what is a good one to start off with that will hold the property information, my buyer list, and my sellers list. Thank you.

Hey Kyle,

I'm a Freshman to REI and I told my parents and girlfriend right away! They all wanted more information so I educated them a little bit on the general idea of it and they were all VERY supportive of my dreams. My dad even made the suggestion on going into business together which is so awesome. I hope this helps!
