The BP episode I'm referencing. David starts to talk about this at the end around 34min. Escaping the Rat Race in 2023 & Do You NEED a Rental Property LLC? - YouTube

Hello all! I just listened to a recent BP podcast with David Green and at the end of the episode he got a question about building systems. He then shared the process he went through to create his system as a Realtor with a team of admins and brokers. David also mentioned that he started out in Google drive and sheets but then moved into a CRM software called Brivity. I looked around for a bit on Briviy's website and thought to myself, I wonder if there is an application or software out there that would help investors, especially new ones, create systems to help them analyze properties, pursue deals, make offers, close on properties, and then manage rentals.

I'm thinking that BP has a lot of those resources on their site and that a pro membership would likely get me a lot of this. But I'm curious to hear what others may be using that worked for them to track their systems.

Thanks in advance!

Are you having a similar event come February?

Just moved to Salt Lake City and I'm interested in learning more about the area and meeting investors. When is the next meetup?
