Hello, I am a software developer and I have a data science friend who we want to team up on making software in the real estate niche.

Tell me, as a real estate professional, please dream of your ideal software. what kind of software or software feature do you wish you had or wish that can be improved upon. Especially real-estate software ideas that uses AI.

Please share in detail.

Quote from @David Ramirez:

Yes, we do it completely remotely. We send someone after going under contract. It's been great for us because we no longer have to waste time going to appointments.

Difficult? If you are referring to it being more difficult than going to the property, it might take more time to build trust over the phone.

But if you are talking about it being difficult overall, I mean if you don't have sales experience or haven't done a wholesale before, it would take time to learn and get results either way.

Wholesaling is not easy...

Hi David thanks for your input, that's very interesting. Do you find someone on places like craigslist to get "boots on the ground" to look at the property and assess any damage? And what if your person on the ground finds more damage than anticipated, do you change the offer price in the contract? Or do you rely on the buyer in the area to assess the damage and modify the offer accordingly?

Is there anyone who wholesales deals without visiting the seller or property in person? If so, what has your experience been and is it difficult?

Quote from @Princess-Shaloni Burch:

I’m starting wholesaling now and this is the exact reason why. I always hear that it is the least costly. It’s also the basis of knowing a good deal. Even if you can’t afford lists, if you can get in the car and drive 4 dollars. What area are you in?

I am in Wichita, KS. I have the time but not the money right now, if I can find a good deal for someone is it possible for them to pay me? I am a begginer but I believe I can learn how to find good deals

What if I don't have a job or income but time? Is it possible to get into wholesaling without money and income? And if not, is there anything else I can do to make money in realestate without first having money/income?

I am new and I would like some guidance on how I can get my first wholesale deal. How do I find leads for both buyers and sellers? And how do I convince them to work with me even though I'm new?
