Hi there , I have a problem with a unit where we should not have included a washer drying machine and it broke down and would like to see what recommendations you have. I was planning to buy a second hand one but most of the sellers don’t look good and I actually got scammed once. Unless someone knows a good seller who has stackable machines, my second option will be to rent a machine and pay for it till the lease ends and it looks like it will cost around 50$ per month just for the rent . What suggestions do you have ? Thanks a lot

Hi jermaine , thanks for the input . So a couple of questions . If in Florida the tax lien is 18% max. Is it an annual percentage rate or it is flat 18% regardless of when the owner redeems the property. The other question is how much time do you spend working in tax liens as an average per week. Since you bought around 100 I would assume you have a good capital and I also assume you spend seriously your time.

Thanks again

Hi there,

I am totally new to this, I live in Vancouver BC and I am interested to see how the tax liens works, especially in the florida state. I have participated in tax liens here in BC but I know every place is different. So my first question will be what do I have to do to be able to participate in an online tax lien. I know they require a SIN or a business "SIN" number. I also have a personal SIN that I got long time ago as a visitor in the USA. I am also wondering if that one will work for that purpose.
