Hello to All,

I'm finally pulling the trigger and seeking my first investment property. I would love to get into Airbnb but as I search for properties in the Houston area particular inside the loop I'm running into road blocks where HOAs don't allow STR less then 3mo and most properties require monthly HOA dues. Overall my budget for the first property is reasonable for the likes of a condo, loft, or older townhome. I'm seeking advise from anyone who doesn't mind sharing with me regarding STR and perhaps the type of property I should consider to launch my initial investment property.
