Typically the normal brokerage doesn't want do deal with thew liability of having a property management side, and the PM's typically only to management and no selling. 


 Been a broker since 2017 and do qualify to become an independent or employing broker. I might have to go that route if I don't find somewhere to hang my licenses. Thanks for the response.
