@Jacob Wathen quite honestly, i don't know what i'm going to do yet but i'm leaning towards investing. Thank you for your advise. I will definitely do what you said, i'll take some classes to get to know MLS

Just recently got my licensed as realtor with no experience (yet) but would like to become an investor.   How can i take advantage of my license to do some real estate investing?? Like i mentioned, real estate is a whole new thing for me and have no experience other than recently listening to podcast on this website.  

I would very much appreciate any insights you can give me!
