I will soon be purchasing my 1st SFR. I see many options with good reviews for the management side (particularly Cozy and Tenant Cloud, for example). However, I will using a property manager and am not looking for the ability to choose/screen my tenant, receive monthly funds, etc. I want basically a "portfolio tracker" (for lack of a better term) where I can see individually each home and it's particular financials (Cap rate, COC return, IRR, yearly insurance, mortgage data) as well as look at all of my properties on a spreadsheet report which shows the aggregate numbers.

Is there such a thing? Guess Quickbooks comes closest, but I hear it has steep learning curve.  However, there seems to be several book tutorials on how to setup for landlords. Last thread I could find closest to my question was from last year. TIA

Unsure exactly what you're looking for but I use dealcheck (dealcheck.io). Platform works on windows, Mac, Android and is always accessible as info is cloudbased.
