We love spending time at the beaches in Ocean City, MD. We want to share the fun with guests looking to take in the fresh Ocean air!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We found this deal on the MLS and negotiated a fair price based on the market.

How did you finance this deal?

We used conventional financing on this deal.

What was the outcome?

We will have this condo available for rent beginning January 2022!

Buy and hold short term rental. Short walk to the beach!

My family loves spending time at the beautiful beaches in Ocean City, MD!

We found this deal as a distressed property on the MLS. We negotiated a fair price point for the market that fit our rental budget needs.

How did you add value to the deal?

We added value to this deal by doing some updates on the kitchen, electrical, and yard.

What was the outcome?

We use this beautiful property as a short term rental in Ocean City, MD. We also use this property for quick family get aways to the beach!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Contractors are tough to come by in Ocean City, MD when you're in a pinch. Luckily we used sweat equity to transform this property to a suitable, safe, and clean beach house rental.
