Hello all,

I am not very aware of power flushing, that's why I'm here. The boiler in the home that I'm planning to rent is not heating up properly. It is a new one. Last day I noticed that the radiator is not heating up that well. What could be the possible reason?? Today while searching for a solution I came across power flushing. It was given that it can be applied when the radiators are not heating up completely. So will I have to power flush my heater? I hope that power flush would've been done during installation. What shall I do now?? Does anyone here know more about power flushing? Please give your suggestions.

Hey Brandon,

Thanks for your suggestion.. The door is rubbing at the bottom. So do I have to remove the screws in the bottom hinge alone?

Hello all,

As I have already said, I am planning to rent my old home. Yesterday I went there to check whether it needs any upgradation. I found that the entry door is slightly jammed. It is a bit difficult to open and close the door. First, I thought that I'll have to call a  replacement windows and door service. But while searching online I found few articles giving guidelines to repair a jammed door. I understood the steps, but I don't have any first hand experience in repairing a door. If I do it by myself, I'll be able to save the repairing cost, but I'm not sure whether the work will be perfect if I do. What shall I do now?? Does anyone here have any experience repairing the door?? Any suggestions??

That's really a great idea.. 4 bedrooms are always better than 3, but make sure that you have the safety permit. One of my friend faced few problems as he didn't have a safety permit for converting the attic as a living space.

This is really an useful and helpful discussion. I was thinking of renting my old home to tenants and this was one of my doubts from the beginning.
