I am an Investor from New York and an trying to find a market to invest in. Looking to focus more on multifamily rentals in the area. My question for other investors is if Connecticut is considered a landlord friendly state? And which area in Connecticut to focus more of my attention and which to avoid?

Hello Bigger Pockets,

I own property in New York and currently opening up a HELOC in order to invest in Pennsylvania. I am not too familiar with the state, however I am interested Scranton and Wilkes-Barre. Are there any investors/Realtors familiar with the area that would be able to provide some insight.

Thank you

I am currently living in New York and am thinking of investing in Pennsylvania Real Estate being that it is close. Any areas people would recommend investing in? And if so, any good agents to work with?
